Worth seeing
This Was the Hebrew School of Kraków. The Hebrew Secondary School, 1918-1939
The most important Jewish school in pre-war Kraków educated children in a dual spirit of Polish patriotism and Zionism, a concept aiming to rebuild the Jewish nation in Palestine. The teachers included university lecturers holding PhDs. The school’s alumni had many achievements in the culture, science and politics of the State of Israel, as well as improving Polish-Jewish relations; they included Rafael Scharf, Natan Gross, and Michael Michael.
