Live broadcasts from The National Theatre in London



The Mikro Cinema presents live broadcasts from the Royal National Theatre in London. The plays from the most important British theatre stage are transmitted to nearly 300 cinema halls all over the world. If you want to see the play in original and/or polish you English (there are no Polish subtitles!), that is an offer cut out for you!

The National Theatre, founded in 1963, and established on the South Bank, London in 1976, has three theatres - the Olivier, the Lyttelton and the Cottesloe. lt presents an eclectic mix of new plays and classics, with seven or eight productions in repertory at any one time. lt aims constantly to re-energise the great traditions of the British stage and to expand the horizons of audiences and artists alike, and aspires to reflect in its repertoire the diversity of the nation's culture.
